Works very well for my chronic fright disorder. Better than Xanax as it presents a smaller dose but reliable treatment. I'd highly suggest it.

Hypnotic jerks are the WORST when they aroused you at night. Another poster recounted them like this: "had critical insomnia with hypnic jerks (for those who don't understand what these are - every time you start dropping slumbering, a body part will involuntarily move and awaken you back up). Hypnic jerks are usually affiliated with high grades of disquiet (too much mind undertaking determinants the neurons to blaze out of control)." I only use "Klonies" as required and can take a little dose. In periods of addiction, it was 10,000 times simpler to decrease this than to get of PAXHELL! I would take a benzo over Paxil or Effexor any time.
Reason for using: disquiet, despondency, fright attacks.Side Effects: makes me seem buzzed when im on it, kinda like if u have had 1 or 2 beers, slurs my talk, makes my eyes 1/2 shut as if i were high, sometines diareah, incapable to aim on things ecpecially when going by car, disconnected feeling, fatigue, sleepyness, hard to awaken up in the forenoon, when solely i get critical suicidal thoughts, appears to alleviate some of the symptoms when im in communal positions but when im solely i get dejected and suicidal. DO NOT drink alcoholic beverage on this pharmaceutical, it makes me exceedingly suicidal and depressed.was perscribed .5 mg tablet, 1 mg in the forenoon and 1 mg at night. makes you very sleepy. its an ok pharmaceutical to take for alittle, but the side effects are a bit too much for me. im endeavouring 20mg paxil now. good luck.
